By purchasing, downloading, or using StockPartner (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StockPartner is an AI-powered information agent that curates data summaries and briefings from public sources. It is available in two versions:

StockPartner Cloud — A hosted SaaS subscription ($29/month) where we manage the infrastructure, LLM API keys, and delivery.
StockPartner Self-Hosted — A one-time purchase ($29) of the software package (Docker image + config) that you run on your own server with your own LLM API key.

3. No Financial Advice

StockPartner is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment professional. The AI-generated data summaries, briefings, and information compilations provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation to buy or sell any securities.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.

4. License (Self-Hosted)

Upon purchasing the Self-Hosted version, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the software on your own infrastructure. You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software to third parties
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Use the software to provide a commercial service to third parties
Remove or alter any proprietary notices

5. Cloud Subscription

Cloud subscriptions are billed monthly at $29/month. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data (config, preferences) is retained for 30 days before deletion.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on both versions. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email support@lstcloud.com for a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information during purchase
Not use the Service for any illegal purpose
Not attempt to circumvent the download system or access control
Not use the Service in any way that could overburden our infrastructure

9. Limitation of Liability

StockPartner and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
