Tracked tickers — ticker symbols you configure for tracking (stored for briefing generation)
Usage data — anonymous analytics (pages visited, briefings generated) to improve the Service

2. How We Use Your Data

Deliver purchased software and subscription services
Generate your personalized daily briefings
Send service-related communications (receipts, updates, support)
Improve the Service based on usage patterns

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on our servers (US East Coast). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Paddle (payment processing) — their Privacy Policy governs payment data
Yahoo Finance & CNBC — public data sources for information (no personal data shared)
NVIDIA API / DeepSeek — AI model providers (ticker symbols for data processing, no personal data)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Cloud subscribers: Data retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation
Self-Hosted purchasers: Email retained for license verification; no ticker data stored on our servers
Waitlist emails: Retained until launch + 90 days, then deleted unless you become a customer

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to your personal data
Request deletion of your personal data
Export your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent for data processing

7. Cookies

Our website uses no tracking cookies. A minimal session cookie may be used for the admin panel authentication. Paddle may set cookies for checkout functionality; please refer to their Cookie Policy.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be posted here and, for active subscribers, notified via email.
